AQUA CLUB - MEMBERSHIP PROTOCOLS:

• •All facial treatments include neck area, we do not charge extra like other Spas.
• •All visits include a Welcome Beverage of your choice of House selections upon arrival.
• •You have the option to sign up and purchase Two (2) Monthly memberships if you wish, which gives you the option to combine different treatments, or to come in on a bi-monthly basis, or even set up an appointment and bring a friend with you.
• •If planning a visit to the Spa with a friend, please let us know in advance to plan.
• •Upon agreement you authorize Naturale Touch SpaTique to charge your designated credit card that is on file, the monthly membership fee of your choice, on designated date
• •AQUA Club Membership is for a period of 4 months- then you can continue on, with your monthly visits with renewal.
• •A 30 day written cancellation letter, or timely email will be needed to cancel your membership.
• •If continued Spa visits occur without a monthly Aqua Club Membership charge, then all treatments will be at the regular Non-Member price.
• •You must use your monthly treatment package, as we do not carry or accumulate treatments. This is for your most optimal skin benefits.
• •If you go on vacation or out of town we can “hold” your monthly visit until your return.
• •We will allow you 2 monthly visits within 6 months to be transferrable to someone else as a Gift.
• •You will receive a 15% discount off Retail products, cosmetics, and accessories.
• •You will receive a 15% discount off any purchased Gift Certificates.
• •Aqua Club member benefits do not include gratuities.
• •You can plan group Spa parties with personalized attention to detail, in a private Spa lounge.
• •Regular AQUA Club- Monthly Membership treatment visits do not include food and appetizers unless previously arranged for an extra fee. Only food/ beverage preparation service is available for pre-planned SPA PARTIES and groups, or where food and beverage is included in a Spa package.
• •The normal Spa policies will still be in effect such as cancellation policy, no-show fees, service fees etc.
